Overnight Developments:
Sandie has shown slight improvement in responsiveness, but she has been diagnosed with severe pancreatitis, requiring continuous, intensive care. Her bloodwork will be reevaluated at 8 AM.
Morning Update:
Sandie's condition remains critical but stable. Despite receiving dextrose in her IV fluids, her blood sugar level alarmingly dropped to 52. Her body temperature also decreased, even with the use of a warming disk. Our team administered an intravenous dextrose bolus and gave Nutrical orally. Sandie was placed in an oxygen kennel for heat support.
Latest Observations (As of 10:30 PM):
Sandie's blood glucose level has decreased further to 50, prompting another dextrose bolus. Her body temperature has slightly improved after adjusting the ambient temperature. We're closely monitoring her vital signs and awaiting a detailed radiology report.
