    If you were not selected for the pet you applied for, don’t worry—you can still adopt! Why Wasn’t I Selected? • There may have been multiple applications for the same animal. • Another applicant might have been a better fit based on the animal’s needs. • The foster family may have decided to adopt (foster fail). • What Can I Do Next? • You are welcome to reapply for another pet at any time. • Consider submitting a Generic Adoption Application to help us match you with the perfect pet.
