Harold is advocating for the Humane Pet Store Ordinances

Everyone, this Wednesday, May 11th, at City Hall, the Humane Pet Store Ordinance will be taken up for a vote! Please come and show your support for Harold and this ordinance. We will be making animal welfare history for finally banning the sale of puppies in pet stores! Out of thirty-three pet stores in Dallas, only one is selling puppies, Petland, so please show up and show your support. No need to testify, just show your support by showing up! Thank you!

The City Council Agenda meetings will be held Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. in the Dallas City Hall - Council Chambers on the 6th Floor, Dallas City Hall
Address, 1500 Marilla St #5ds, Dallas, TX 75201

“If Harold’s here, how many more dogs are out there like him? How many didn’t make it? How many got returned? There NEEDS to be a change.”

- Patti Dawson, President of Dallas Dog - Rescue Rehab Reform

Listen to Harold’s heartbreaking yet inspiring story, a puppy mill survivor. Patti is the President and Executive Director of the Dallas Dog - Rescue.Rehab.Reform organization known as Dallas Dog RRR and Harold’s proud owner. Dallas Dog RESCUES the hurt and abandoned, REHABILITATES the broken, and REFORMS the community through education to eliminate animal neglect.

Harold’s story isn’t the first or last. His story is WHY we continue to do what we do and work to change the animal welfare laws across Texas and are working extensively towards passing Humane Pet Store Ordinances across the entire state.
