Deana Varner

Deana started fostering with DallasDogRRR in 2015. Her first role was helping the foster team as a foster coordinator, and later became the Medical Coordinator.

Deana says that once she became more involved with the DallasDogRRR, her eyes were opened to the great need for animals in Texas. She saw how hard everyone on the DogRRR team works to save each and every animal. She saw how a group of animal loving individuals came together to not only save an animal, but to advocate for all animals in Texas. She says “Rescue work is hard, but we cannot turn away from the needs in Texas if we want things to change.”
