Dallas Dogrrr and Satya Yoga Dallas have partnered up to help spread the word on how yoga and pet adoption/fostering can benefit the mind, body and soul. Join us at Satya Yoga Dallas on Saturday, August 13 at 9:30 am for a puppy adoption yoga class!  Complimentary snacks and raffle. Plus lots of good information to share with the community. The American Psychological Association found that pet owners had "greater self esteem, were more conscientious, were more extroverted and tended to be less fearful."  Join us and move into life with yoga and your dog.
