Brooke was found as a stray living in a housing development for over a month fending for herself and hiding in homes from people and predators. One of our amazing fosters had seen her, watched her comings and goings, and fed her. She built a little trust but still kept her distance. Not long after we were able to trap her and get her to safety in our rescue.

Brooke is as sweet and friendly as can be! She is dog-friendly, livestock-friendly, and even cat-friendly! One of her favorite things to do is go outside and explore the yard. She likes to sniff every corner and just run around outside. Her ideal forever home would either have a yard for her to play in or they would be able to take her on walks every day.

Brooke is a pretty low-maintenance gal, she doesn't ask for much but a soft bed, a yard, and a couple of meals per day. She is a pleasant and grateful houseguest. To show her gratitude, Brooke is a MAJOR cuddle bug. She will happily snuggle up to you on the couch to binge whatever is new on Netflix.
