When the local Animal Control Officer scanned her microchip, they discovered a tale of lost love and abandonment that has spanned several years. Karma was adopted from a shelter in Houston in 2016, with the hope of finding a forever home. Unfortunately, the woman Karma’s chip was registered to revealed that her boyfriend had adopted Karma. When they broke up, he promised to return her to the shelter, but somehow, in 2019, Karma was abandoned. For years, she roamed the streets, struggling to survive, battling the harsh realities of life without a home, love, or care. She’s a gentle soul who deserves far better than the life she’s had
Karma is spayed, chipped, and incredibly friendly. Now, as she nears her 12th birthday, Karma is eager for a fresh start with a family who will cherish her in her golden years.
