Big, strong, loving and loyal and looking for a loving home. Champ was found living in a homeless camp with a logger chain and lock around his neck - chained to a tree. Life was desperate for this guy with his open neck wound. What agony he lived in day after day, despite that he was still nice to people and other dogs that came up to him. Luckily, a good person stepped up and did something rather than just pass him by.

Champs is a sweet loving smart boy. He is eager to please his people and make them proud. Our trainer is working with him and he is so receptive and ready to please. He would sure love a home to experience life with a loving family. He is working on his excitement on a leash but is so eager to please. Champs seems to like everybody he meets: humans and canines. He has yet to interact with cats.

Champs would prefer more 1:1 time with a family to call his own, even if temporarily to prepare him for his forever home.
