Millie had just arrived a the shelter off the streets. She was picked up as a stray. This poor girl's entire back of her neck is skinned off the circumference of her neck and about to 5-6 inches wide.
The ER Vet said it was the worst they have every seen!!!
Millie did very well and they were able to clean the wounds and begin suturing it up.
Thank you for support us everyday during these difficult times.
Well, Millie has some EXCITING NEWS to share!!! After a difficult surgery and nearly a month of wound care and bandage changes… Her neck wound is CLOSED!!! No more treks to the vet for bandage changes for this babe!!!
Thank you so much to everyone that donated to her care, and who sent their love and support her way!
